This locked shop belongs to a Hindu who, with great sorrow, left it behind when he migrated to India during the partition of India. However, before leaving, he wept and told the villagers that he was leaving the shop in their trust, saying he would return. The shop, located in Loralai, Balochistan, still has the lock on it, placed by the Hindu owner who took the keys with him to India. Even after 76 years, the shop remains locked, untouched by anyone. The property owner, a Pashtun, has also passed away.”
